Wexford FC U15s travel to the Carlisle Grounds on Sunday afternoon to take on Bray Wanderers in the league quarter finals.

Bray finished top of their group, winning 7 of their 10 games, and scoring an impressive 26 goals.

Despite Bray's record, head coach Jason Goodison is confident heading in to the tie. "We're in a good place. For us, it's been 4 games unbeaten. We've picked up some important results in those games and have had to show a lot of resilience which will stand to us in the knockout stages. We've improved a lot since the season began back in August and we're excited to walk out in the Carlisle Grounds in a national quarter final.

We've watched Bray multiple times this season, and they're physical and powerful. By topping group 2 they've proved they are one of the best teams in the country at this age, but we are right up there too. We'll make life difficult for them out of posession, in posession we are one of the highest scoring teams in the country.

At this current moment there are only 5 teams left in the competition and we are one of them, so I think at the start of the season that in itself would have been seen as success. The important thing now is to kick on and give the club something to be proud of."

Manager Billy Molloy was able to confirm that he will have a fully fit squad to chose from heading in to the match. Outfield players Mark Atkin and Cormac Doyle have both overcome hip injuries, while both goalkeepers, Cian Browne and David Murphy have resumed full training after injuries.

Kick off in Bray is 3pm.
